Place an order before 9 am and it will be returned the same day.  Otherwise, it is 24 hours.

How do I make payment?

When you create an account in the app or online, your payment details are stored securely online with our credit card processor. Your card on file will be charged before delivery. You are able to view your receipt in your app or in your web portal.  Call or text us at 808-830-WASH(9274) with any questions.

How do I make special requests for my order?

If you have any special requests, please include details in your order in the app or in the notes section online. Please let us know of any specific stains.

Do you sell reusable laundry bags?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  Eco Friendly Bags protect your garments and keeps them in pristine condition.  You can purchase them separately when you place your order for $15 or the bags are free when you purchase a monthly subscription.

Is there a minimum order?
